TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Subject of the contract

These General Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between www.corporatedatabd.com (referred to as "CorporateDataBD"), located at 136, Azimpur, Lalbagh, New Market, Dhaka, Bangladesh, with contact details: Phone: +8801742254805, email: help@corporatedatabd.com, and the user of CorporateDataBD who purchases the services and products offered on the websites of www.corporatedatabd.com. The object of this agreement is the services of obtaining/providing company documents/extracts from the government offices or documents prepared by subject matter experts (depending on the nature of the documents or services), as well as to offer BPO, Outsourcing, advisory, and consultation services.

2. Prices, Invoices and Delivery

Invoices from corporatedatabd.com are delivered electronically via email in PDF format and include VAT within the total amount. Delivery occurs on weekdays through email.

3. Payment methods

Corporatedatabd.com accepts payments via debit card, credit card or invoice or through Bank Account.

4. Liability

In case of breach of contractual obligations by corporatedatabd.com or its agents, corporatedatabd.com shall be liable only for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The liability of corporatedatabd.com is limited to the price/fees paid by the buyer for the company documents/extracts ordered and purchased, or for consultancy, advisory, and BPO services rendered.

5. Right of revocation

The clients has the option to cancel the contract within 14 days of its conclusion for the products or services that are not delivered to client(s) yet, except COMPANY DOCUMENTS/ EXTRACTS and DOCUMENTATION SERVICES. This cancellation does not require justification, but must be communicated in writing via postal letter to CorporateDataBD, located at 136, Azimpur, Lalbagh, New Market, Dhaka, Bangladesh and through email: help@corporatedatabd.com,

6. Place of business, legal domicile, and applicable law

The designated jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Bangladesh, and the exclusive venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Bangladesh. This contract is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
